Return & Exchange Policy

We would like to inform you about "The Return, Exchange and Refund Policy" of Harlem Shoes. 

  • Shoes can be exchanged under certain conditions, however they cannot be returned. The exchange policy allows swapping of sizes only. 

  • We try our best to manufacture the shoes according to the shoe dimensions that you send us. However, it is possible that the shoes may still not fit perfectly since every feet is different and drawing of the feet may give us wrong information. In that case, we would be happy to help you by exchanging shoes.

  • In the case of Exchange, we do not cover the costs of shipping them back to us. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase as we do not accept refunds.

  • However, shipping costs involved in sending the new item from us are free of charge.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your shoes, after which the request will be denied.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

  • Please, try shoes on the carpet before you decide whether the size fits you well (Not more than 10 minutes because  shoes can change its shape) . We only exchange shoes if the sole is clean and undamaged. Damaged shoes are not accepted for exchange.

  • Once we receive your item, we will process your request and send you a new pair that is most suitable for your feet.

  • If you decide to exchange the shoes, please contact us at prior to sending any exchanges back to us.

  • We are not responsible for another country's custom taxes or any duties which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered.

  • We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen during shipping by a delivery carrier.

  • Items purchased on SALES or STOCK are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
