FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How many days does it take to make and send customized shoes?
Customized shoes are usually made within 2-3 weeks. If it is a busy season, then it may take 5-6 weeks to produce. Since we produce all shoes individually customized for every customer and don't keep Stock, it takes time to manufacture and deliver them.

Shoes are sent with national postal service. Delivery of shoes approximately takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the country. In total, it takes approximately 1,5-2 months to deliver shoes to your address after the payment date.

If customer needs shoes very urgently, they can select Express Shipping. With express delivery customers get their shoes within 3-4 working days. This cost extra 30-40 Euros. Please contact us prior to purchase.

2. How many days does it take to receive shoes from the Stock?
Stock shoes usually are sent within a week after the payment date. Delivery of shoes approximately takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the country. It total, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks to receive your shoes.

3. Can I have a refund or exchange?
Shoes can be exchanged under certain conditions, however they cannot be returned. The exchange policy allows swapping of sizes only. 

4. What is the eligibility to exchange the shoes?
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your shoes, after which the request will be denied. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will process your request and send you a new pair that is most suitable for your feet. If you decide to exchange the shoes, please contact us at harlemshoes@gmail.com prior to sending any exchanges back to us.

5. Who pays for the shipping costs of exchange shoes?
In the case of Exchange, we do not cover the costs of shipping them back to us. However, shipping costs involved in sending the new item from us is free of charge(belongs to Harlem Shoes). Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase as we do not accept refunds.
 
6. Could I exchange shoes that I bought on any Sales?

Items purchased on Sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

7. Where could I track the status of my shoes?

8. Where could I find my tracking number of items?
We notify customers with tracking numbers via email after we send the package.

9. Do you make exclusive shoes and how much does it cost?
Yes, we make some exclusive shoes according to the needs of a customer. Exclusive shoes cost 250 Euro.

10. Can I wear my dance shoes in the street?
Yes, you can wear them outside. But we usually recommend to wear dance shoes only indoors to protect the sole of the shoes. Plus, they are very slippery for street. If you plan to use them daily in the streets, please select synthetic sole.

11. Do you make Vegan shoes?
Yes, all models can be made Vegan. Contact us regarding available the Vegan colors/materials.

12. Do you make wedding shoes?
Yes, we make wedding shoes. But make sure that you order your wedding shoes 3 months prior to the wedding.
