Exchange of Shoes in Case of Misfit

Product Details:

  • 100%  Leather

  • Soft cushioned insole: We insert 3-4 mm pads in all shoes to make them soft & comfortable.

  • Each shoe is customized for customers. Therefore, we don’t keep a Stock. 

  • We have sizes between 33-47 (including half sizes), also standard and wide molds for different types of feet. Our sizing differs from US/European sizing. 

  • How to customize shoes?

Step 1: Select a heel, outsole, size and width of the feet from the section on the right side of the image. 

      Step 2: Then make a purchase.

      Step 3 : After successful payment, we always send an email to customers to agree on order details. Keep in mind, we make customized shoes both for standard and non- standard feet (wide, thin, bunions, high arch, big toe, hallux valgus etc).

      Step 4: According to the provided details, we recommend a size to a customer. The last decision about the size belongs to customers. 

      Step 5: If a customer doesn’t reply to our email within 3 weeks, we cancel the order and make a refund.

      Step 6: We send shoes to the client’s address via standard or express shipping.

      Step 7: In case of misfit, we always Exchange the size.

What about shipping?

The PRODUCTION period of each shoes is approximately 5-6 weeks since we produce CUSTOMIZED shoes. The Shipment approximately takes 2-3 weeks if there is no delay in the Customs Services of various countries. IN TOTAL, it usually takes 2-2.5 months to receive shoes after the payment date!!

If you buy shoes from the STOCK/SALE ( section, the shoes will be sent within one week after the payment date.

We have a worldwide free shipping. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to deliver the item to your address. Please note that, depending on the country, customs services, special periods of the year (New year, Black Friday, and so on), there may occur some delays. We do not take responsibility for these delays. We send the packages through the national postal service of Turkey, namely PTT.

After sending items, we always notify customers via email. The items can be tracked on many websites with a given tracking number. We share some of the available websites below.
