What does “Limited Edition Shoes” mean?

"Limited Edition" shoes are created from unique leather remnants, each piece is one of a kind and available in limited quantities in order to minimize the waste.

Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely, we ship shoes & clothes worldwide (with a few exceptions). If you have any doubts, please reach out to us before placing your order.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
After we agreed your sizes via email, the order is processed and sent to production.

Can you customize shoes for weddings?
Certainly! We make customized shoes for brides and grooms. Kindly reach out to us at least 3-4 months prior to the wedding.
Where can I check the color card?
Do you offer non-leather shoe options?
Yes. Any model can be made in non-leather material.
Who is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of exchanging shoes?
We cover the shipping fee from our end, and it's on the house. However, customers are responsible for the shipping fees incurred from their end.
Can I exchange or return the clothes?
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to process exchanges or returns for clothing and panties. But you can cancel and get a refund before we dispatch the items.
How can I cancel my shoe order and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your order and get a refund before the shoe production starts (production starts after the size is agreed with the customer by email). Please note that the refund is not available 2 weeks after the order has been made. Any fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the customers.
Can I exchange my shoes in case of misfit size?
Yes. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your shoes. Requests submitted beyond this period will be declined. Items bought during sales (at a discounted price) or from Stock are deemed final and are not eligible for exchange or return. For more details, please read Exchange & Refund Policy.
Which sole option is recommended or better?

Do you offer regular sizing for your shoes?
No, our sizing is distinct and does not align with EU/US sizing standards.
Should I pay customs taxes and duties upon receiving my package?
Even though shipping is free, customers are required to cover any customs taxes or duties associated with the import of their orders.
What are the reasons for delays?
Delays can happen for a couple of reasons. Customs procedures and special days like New Year or Black Friday, potentially causing slight delays.

What should I do if I don’t receive my parcel within 3 weeks?
If your package doesn't show up within 3 weeks, check these websites first. If you can't find any info, visit the nearest post office. If you're still in the dark, shoot us an email.

The customization process typically spans between 8 to 12 weeks.

Why is there an Extra Fee when I pay on the website with a debit/credit card?
Due to the current challenging circumstances in Ukraine, an additional fee is applied to the total amount when you pay with debit/credit cards. As we use the Ukrainian payment system on the website, customers might incur an extra charge from international banks.
