4. Product Orders & Payments
4.1. All purchases made through our website are subject to product availability and confirmation.
4.2. Prices on the website are displayed in euros (€); however, payments are processed through the Ukrainian payment system, which involves conversion to Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Due to the current circumstances in Ukraine, international banks may apply an additional exchange rate fee when paying by card.
4.3. We accept payments via international credit/debit cards, as well as Wise and Western Union. Additional fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
4.4. Orders will only be processed upon full payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Production & Delivery
5.1. The estimated production time for custom-made shoes is 2.5–3 months unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier services. Harlem Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or external factors beyond our control.
5.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges resulting from incorrect details will be borne by the customer.

6. Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy
6.1. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.
6.2. Custom-made shoes are only eligible for exchange in case of size issues. 6.3. Sale and discounted items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6.4. Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases, such as manufacturing defects or approved emergency cases (e.g., medical situations). Refund requests must be made before production is finalized.
6.5. Harlem Shoes is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels during shipping.
