Ordering custom dance shoes can feel confusing at first, especially with so many beautiful options.
Here we will guide you through the process step by step. 

1. Choose the model you like on our website

Start by exploring our website and picking the model you love.

Don’t worry too much about the colors you see, they are examples, made for our customers
All our shoes are fully customizable, so you can choose the one you like or create your own version.

If you don’t see the exact combination you want — just write it in the comments section when placing your order.

2. Place your order

Once you’ve chosen your model:

• Select the heel and sole type

• Select the approximate size you usually wear (this is just a reference for us)

Important: We always confirm your final size based on your measurements, before production starts.

3. Add your customization wishes and important information in the “Comments” section

In the comments, you can tell us:

• The colors you want

• Any design details or special requests

• Time frame to recieve the shoes

4. After your order we will contact you personally

Within 24 hours after your purchase, we will email you with:

5. Take your measurements

We use your exact measurements to recommend you a fit, not standard sizing.

7. Production & delivery timeline

• Production takes approximately 1.5–2 months, but sometimes might be longer due the national holidays or production overload

• Shipping takes around 1–2 weeks worldwide

Need your shoes sooner?

If you have a deadline (event, festival, wedding), please tell us in advance before placing your order. 

If you need the shoes urgently, we may offer a priority option:

• Faster production may be possible

• It may include an additional cost depending on your deadline
